On a Sunday evening several months ago, I came home to find a leak from the water piping in my roof, coming down the wall in my kitchen (the piping is Hep2O plastic pushfit plumbing, which passes through the roof to reach the kitchen and laundry). I turned off the water at the Mains tap and waited till the morning. I rang Jonathan, and he was able to come that afternoon. He gave me some instructions to clear the area under the manhole to the roof space (which was in the garage), so that he could access the roof, which I did. He came that afternoon, accessed the roof space, he had the parts required, and he repaired the piping immediately without any problems. I was extremely grateful that he fixed the problem quickly and without issues. He was professional, courteous and polite in dealing with me, which I appreciated. I waited several months to post this review, to ensure that I had no further problems. I would not hesitate to contact Jonathan again if I need him.
